If you contact Danielle

If you phone Danielle, she will receive whatever details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, home address and what you would like done. She uses this information only to reply to you, arrange and carry out your appointment, and keep basic records needed to run her business.

The lawful basis for this is to take steps at your request before providing a service, and to provide the service you have asked for. Where Danielle needs to keep records for tax purposes, the lawful basis is a legal obligation.
